By using Maple Driven, creating an account, posting an ad, booking auto service, requesting an insurance quote, contacting a seller, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms and our linked policies.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Maple Driven for a business, dealership, or workshop, you confirm you are authorized to act for that business.

Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Email verification may be required for signup, login, dealer applications, password setup, and account recovery.

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not share login details or use another person’s account.
• Maple Driven may restrict or close accounts used for fraud, spam, fake ads, false information, payment abuse, or unsafe conduct.
• If you delete your account, some records may be kept for a short recovery or legal period as shown in your dashboard flow.

Maple Driven provides listing tools, messaging, lead routing, service booking, and insurance quote requests. We are not automatically the buyer, seller, dealer, insurer, lender, mechanic, or owner of a listed vehicle.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for ownership, title, liens, registration, safety checks, taxes, transfer rules, insurance, and final paperwork before completing a deal.

Private sellers and dealers may list cars for sale through the posting flow on Maple Driven. Featured listings and other paid ad options may be offered when shown on the site.

• You must own the vehicle or have legal authority to sell it.
• Details such as make, model, year, mileage, condition, price, location, photos, and description must be truthful.
• Photos and videos must show the actual vehicle and must not hide damage or important issues.
• Duplicate ads, fake prices, fake locations, and bait listings are not allowed.
• Maple Driven may edit, pause, reject, or remove listings that look incomplete, unsafe, misleading, or non-compliant.

The new cars catalogue and car comparison tool help users review models, prices, and specs. Catalogue details may change as inventory and manufacturer information updates.

Comparison results are for information only. They are not a promise of availability, final sale price, or dealer offer.

Dealer accounts are for approved automotive businesses. Dealers must submit truthful business details and any documents Maple Driven requests for approval.

• Dealers may list vehicles only if they have authority to sell them.
• Listings must clearly show condition, pricing, availability, and location.
• Dealers should respond professionally to buyer leads and admin requests.
• Inventory plans may limit how many active ads can be live at one time.
• Featured ads, banners, and other paid options may have separate pricing shown at checkout.
• Maple Driven may approve, pause, or remove dealer accounts that fail verification or quality standards.

Maple Driven connects users with auto service shops for services such as oil changes, tires, brakes, detailing, inspections, and general repairs.

• Shop availability, pricing, time slots, parts, labour, warranty, and completion timing are controlled by the shop.
• Maple Driven may help route bookings and messages but does not perform every repair itself.
• Customers must provide accurate vehicle details, service needs, and contact information.
• Extra work found during service may need separate approval and separate charges.

Workshops and auto service businesses may apply to join Maple Driven as service providers. Applications may be reviewed before a shop can appear or receive bookings.

• Provide accurate business, location, and service details.
• Keep availability and service offerings up to date.
• Treat customers professionally and honour confirmed bookings where possible.
• Maple Driven may pause or remove providers that break these terms or harm user trust.

Maple Driven is not an insurance company, broker, agent, or underwriter. The insurance page connects users with licensed partners who may contact you with quotes.

• Quote forms may collect driver, licence, vehicle, contact, and location details.
• Partners decide eligibility, price, coverage, and final approval.
• Submitting a quote request does not create insurance coverage.
• Confirm coverage directly with the licensed partner before you drive.

Payment terms depend on the product shown at checkout, such as featured ads, dealer plans, banners, or other paid platform items.

• Prices are generally shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Some payments may be held briefly for confirmation or fraud review.
• Refunds may be partial or denied if a service has started or been delivered, or if false information was provided.
• Chargebacks or payment abuse may lead to account limits while Maple Driven reviews the issue.

By uploading content, you give Maple Driven permission to host, display, resize, and use listing media for marketplace and advertising purposes.

• Photos and videos must be real, clear, lawful, and related to the listed vehicle or business.
• Do not upload stolen media, offensive content, fake documents, or files you have no right to use.
• Maple Driven may crop, convert, reject, or remove media that fails quality, safety, privacy, or legal standards.

You may receive account, security, listing, lead, service, insurance, payment, and admin messages needed to run Maple Driven. Important transactional emails may not be turned off.

Lead details may be shared with the relevant seller, dealer, shop, or insurance partner so your request can be handled. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Maple Driven works to keep the platform useful and safer, but we do not guarantee that every listing, buyer, seller, dealer, shop, insurance partner, message, payment, or deal will be error-free, available, accurate, or successful.

Maple Driven may update these Terms as the platform, pricing, dealer plans, auto services, or insurance tools change. Updated terms apply when posted unless a later effective date is shown.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Maple Driven may enforce these terms through warnings, ad removal, payment holds, account limits, or account suspension.
